13. Jurisdiction & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you use ChartThread as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live, and it does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings before your local courts where the law grants you that right.

Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable resolution first, then before the competent courts.
